Michael Detsis is my father. He passed away in 2008 very suddenly. He was the greatest Ally I have ever known. He was a wonderful man and a great teacher. I am one of his four children and through his example all of us learned the values in possessing such qualities of compassion integrity empathy. I miss him everyday. We all do. But he's with us. He's part of us. His children were his entire world. It is his legacy I try to honor everyday. He would have enjoyed this website, thank you for allowing me an opportunity to share.
